Charmlet Free Dating Assistant (published by Charmlet INC) is committed to keeping children safe. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors.
Charmlet is an AI-powered dating assistant for adults. It is intended for users aged 18 and older only. We do not knowingly collect data from or provide services to children.
1. Prohibited content and conduct
Users must not use Charmlet to create, store, request, share, or distribute content that:
- Constitutes or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
- Facilitates the grooming, exploitation, or sexualization of minors;
- Depicts minors in a sexual context, or attempts to obtain such material from others;
- Encourages contact with minors for sexual purposes; or
- Otherwise violates applicable child safety laws or Google Play’s Child Safety Standards.
This prohibition applies to all content processed through Charmlet, including text, screenshots, profile information, and AI-generated suggestions. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination and referral to authorities.
2. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Charmlet. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may terminate accounts where we have reason to believe the user is under 18.
3. Reporting concerns (in-app and email)
We provide mechanisms for users and the public to report child safety concerns:
- In the app: open the menu → Contact (or visit charmlet.app/contact) and choose Report Issue. Describe the concern in detail.
- By email: contact@charmlet.ai with the subject line “Child Safety Report”.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
4. How we respond to CSAM and CSAE
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE-related content or conduct linked to Charmlet, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the relevant content and associated account data as quickly as practicable;
- Preserve information as required for investigation and legal reporting;
- Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline where applicable, and to other relevant regional authorities as required by law;
- Cooperate with law enforcement and platform partners (including Google Play) on child safety matters.

Charmlet INC complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate, including obligations relating to CSAM reporting, data preservation, and cooperation with authorities. We review and update these standards as laws and platform requirements evolve.
