Service scope
Charmlet does not access your accounts on dating or messaging apps and never sends messages on your behalf. You provide conversation context (e.g. screenshots or pasted text) and send all messages yourself in the other app. Charmlet only suggests replies for you to review and use; you remain in full control.
Age requirement
Charmlet is 18+ only. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
AI-Generated Content
Charmlet uses artificial intelligence to generate text. The outputs are mere suggestions and may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or out of context. You must review all generated content before sending it. We assume no liability for the content generated by the AI or how it is received.
Charmlet is designed to suggest natural replies that match your tone and style; you remain solely responsible for reviewing and sending messages.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this service to generate or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Abusive behavior also includes circumventing or exploiting usage limits (e.g. on the Pro plan) or systematically exploiting the service. You may not use scripts, bots, or other automation to circumvent usage limits or to use the service in ways not intended by us. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate this policy without notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties & No Responsibility for Outcomes
Charmlet is strictly a tool that suggests text. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any conversations you have, any messages you send or receive, or any outcomes—including dates, relationships, emotional distress, or personal harm. You are solely responsible for your communication and actions.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CHARMLET OR ITS CREATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Modifications and Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
Free plan
The free plan includes a limited number of AI message generations per day—often on the order of about five, depending on how we configure the service; your exact limit and usage are always shown in the app. The free plan may also cap how many conversation profiles you can save. Counts reset at midnight in your local time each day, so you get consistent, predictable use (this applies to both Free and Pro plans). We may change these limits at any time without prior notice.
Pro plan — fair use
The Pro plan is not unlimited: it is subject to a daily AI usage limit (including message generations, image extraction, and other AI features). This limit resets at midnight (your local time) each day, so you get consistent, predictable use, and is in place to keep the service sustainable and fair for everyone. We may change this limit at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify the limit or suspend accounts exhibiting abusive behavior.
Pro includes features such as: higher daily AI allowance, more advanced AI for natural suggestions, custom prompt per conversation, typing style matching (with your writing examples), reusable message templates, unlimited saved conversations and profiles, Bio match with compatibility score, and Connection Check (conversation readiness and recap in Dating Mode).
Account closure and data deletion
You may permanently delete your account and associated data from the app at any time via My account → Delete my account. If you have an active paid subscription, you must cancel it first through the billing flow. When you confirm deletion, your conversations, profiles, templates, AI-generated messages, and other data linked to your account are permanently erased from our servers for privacy reasons. This cannot be undone and your data cannot be recovered afterward. Some anonymized usage information may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
Access by Charmlet
Authorized Charmlet personnel may access your conversations, profiles, and generated messages only when necessary to maintain the service, investigate abuse, or comply with legal obligations. Such access is logged and strictly monitored to protect your privacy, and limited to the minimum required for these purposes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to your use of the service. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
